(2006) Tamir Hendelman is the pianist for the Jeff Hamilton Trio, as well as many other groups. Tamir, who lives in SoCal and from Israel, is about to become a dad for the first time (as of May '07). We're all excited for him and his wife. He is one of my favorite Jazz pianists today and swings his you-know-what off. He encourages me every time I see him to become a better musician.
